Hiya! I’m Cassie and I’ll be your dog’s new second best bud and hopefully your favourite nanny.Growing up next to my family’s dogs on the beach up the Kāpiti Coast really solidified my love for dogs from a young age. I originally came from a background in the TV and film industry, but in the dreaded 2020 I made a dramatic career change and started dog walking for the largest dog walking company in New Zealand as well as founding Holly’s Paws alongside my fiancé Joshua, a small Kiwi business that prioritises dogs comfort that we are so so proud of.They say find something you love and you’ll never work a day in your life so I made all my clients from humans to dogs and can confidently say they were right.I take care of all the dogs I walk with the same love and care that I give to my own. After a walk with me, your dog will be physically and mentally wiped out, thanks to the perfect balance of playtime and clear boundaries I set. It’s all about reinforcing commands while making the day fun and engaging for all the furry friends.I am so excited to meet you and your dog and start our adventure together.

Hello, my name is Joshua, I founded Holly’s Paws and I’ll be the wizard behind the curtain of the Roam operations too while my fiancé Cassie gets the good job.I’m originally from London, England but I got carried away with my travels in my early twenties, travelled very far South from home, saw New Zealand, fell in love with New Zealand and the people in it (one in particular) and never looked back. I fell in love with a cocker spaniel called Holly when I was 10, she was our family’s dog in England and I’ve searched for a bit of her in every dog I’ve met since she passed away. Creating a business that sells dog beds that would’ve helped her arthritis in her old age and naming it after her felt like the right thing to pour my life into and now here we are.Dogs really make Cassie and I’s world go around, in creating Roam, I am hoping we can inject even more happiness into dog’s lives as that is all dogs have given to me, happiness.I am looking forward to balancing these books while Cass is off giving your furry friend a head rub, can’t wait to talk!
