Hi, I’m Cassie — co founder of Roam and your local dog walker here in Wellington! At Roam, I combine my love for dogs with a solid understanding of the best local walking spots to give your pup the exercise and attention they deserve.

Which areas do you cover?

We cover the CBD and surrounding suburbs all the way up to Petone. Based out of Kelburn/Karori.

Do I need to drop and pick up my dog?

Absolutely not, we provide a FREE pick up and drop off service for all dogs.

Do you offer casual services?

The least frequent service we offer is once a week. This is important for pack walks so the dogs have familiarity with each other and form strong bonds.

How long are the walks?

All walks are 1 hour long, however depending on the region and walk location your dog may be out of the house for up to 2 hours.

What if it's raining?

Rest assured, your dog will be walked rain or shine. We'll even towel dry your dog before dropping them back off.

What if I'm not home for pick up or drop off?

That's no worries at all, in fact most of our customer are the same. You can either leave us with a spare key or door code, or even leave your pup in the garden for us to collect. Whatever suits you best.

Do you offer a trial period?

Absolutely, if at any point during the first week you want to cancel, you can free of charge. After that we just require a 2 week notice period.
